1. Conversation Transcripts

When you have voice conversations with your AI companion, the application converts speech into text. These conversation transcripts may be stored in our backend systems to enable personalized and context-aware interactions.

2. Profile Picture

Users may upload a profile image to personalize their experience. The image is stored securely in our cloud systems.

3. Companion Images

Users may upload images that represent their AI companion appearance. These images are stored securely in cloud storage.

Conversation Quality & Personalization

Conversation transcript data may be used to improve conversation quality, maintain context across sessions, and generate relevant future conversation topics. This helps us provide more meaningful and engaging interactions.

Product Improvement

We may use anonymized or aggregated usage data to improve product features, personalize user experiences, and develop new services.

To improve the quality of AI interactions, we may analyze conversation transcripts and usage patterns. Any analysis used for training, improving, or evaluating AI systems will use anonymized or aggregated data wherever possible. Personal identities are not used for AI training purposes.

Cloud Infrastructure

We use cloud infrastructure to store and process application data. Security measures include encryption, controlled access, and secure cloud storage practices.

Encryption & Access Control

Data transmitted between the user device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Stored data may be protected using encryption at rest and strict access control mechanisms within our cloud infrastructure.

No Sale of Personal Data

AI SanMitra does not sell user personal data to third parties.

Conversation transcripts and related interaction data are retained only for a limited period. AI SanMitra will automatically purge stored conversation history approximately every six (6) months. This retention policy helps maintain system performance while limiting long-term storage of user data.

User data may be stored and processed on cloud infrastructure located outside India. By using the AI SanMitra application, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer and processing of your data in jurisdictions outside India where our cloud providers operate.

We may use third party cloud infrastructure and AI services to process conversations and store data. These services operate under their own privacy and security policies. We take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.

AI SanMitra is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, please contact us so that we can delete the information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted within the application and the Last Updated date will be revised.
